This blog is another one that offers challenges & they are mostly sketch challenges.
The challenge issued this week was to create something based on this sketch
I took this sketch & then fiddled around a bit & admittedly added some extra DSP up the top of it but the inspiration was definitely from this sketch. I cut the hot air ballons from the DSP because I just can't see how else to use that sheet of DSP completely.
Yet again I'm not sure whether this will be a birthday card or not so there is no sentiment on the inside but I did tart it up with yet another hot air ballon.
Supplies:
Stamp Set: Bring on the Cake
Ink: Basic Black
DSP: Big Top Birthday (it comes as an add-on in the full starter kit)
Accents (the sticky label underneath the ballons): Big Top Birthday (also comes asan add-on in the full starter kit)
Cardstock: Tempting Turquoise; Whisper White
Ribbon: 1/4" Real Red Grosgrain
